&nbsp; Proiectul propune elaborarea unei metodologii inovative de testare a activit\u0103\u0163ii antimicrobiene, antivirale, antitumorale \u015fi imunomodulatoare, precum \u015fi de elucidare a mecanismelor de ac\u0163iune la nivel celular \u015fi molecular a unor extracte naturale vegetale \u015fi apicole, \u00een scopul introducerii&nbsp;acestora \u00een noi formul\u0103ri cosmetico-farmaceutice pentru extinderea gamei de produse comercializate de agentul economic participant \u00een proiect \u2013 Hofigal S.A.<br>&nbsp; Strategia abordat\u0103 se bazeaz\u0103 pe numeroase date \u015ftiin\u0163ifice din literatura de specialitate \u015fi pe rezultatele experimentale originale ale tuturor partenerilor implica\u0163i, privind ob\u021binerea, caracterizarea \u0219i comercializarea unor produse \/compu\u0219i naturali cu actiune terapeutic\u0103 sau profilactic\u0103.<br>&nbsp; Proiectul pe care \u00eel propunem se \u00eenscrie \u00eentr-o o direc\u021bie major\u0103 de cercetare la nivel mondial, viz\u00e2nd descoperirea \u0219i propunerea unor solu\u021bii de tratament complementar, cu compu\u0219i naturali de origine vegetal\u0103 sau pe baz\u0103 de propolis, al unor categorii de patologii (respectiv boli infec\u0163ioase \u015fi cancer) care ocup\u0103, \u00een prezent, topul cauzelor generatoare de morbiditate \u015fi mortalitate la nivel global.<br>&nbsp; Alternativele terapeutice care vor fi investigate \u00een cadrul acestui proiect sunt reprezentate de&nbsp;utilizarea unor compu\u015fi naturali cu un poten\u0163ial terapeutic \u015fi preventiv ridicat, cuantificat pe baza&nbsp;urm\u0103toarelor propriet\u0103\u0163i: compozi\u021bia complex\u0103 ce permite ac\u021biunea simultan\u0103 asupra mai multor&nbsp;\u021binte biologice; diminuarea riscului select\u0103rii rezisten\u021bei la tratament, at\u00e2t \u00een cazul agen\u0163ilor&nbsp;infec\u0163io\u015fi virali, bacterieni \u015fi fungici, c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een cazul celulelor tumorale; &nbsp;Scopul proiectului este elaborarea unei metodologii inovative de testare a activit\u0103\u0163ii antiinfec\u021bioase, antitumorale \u0219i imunomodulatoare, precum \u0219i de elucidare a mecanismelor&nbsp;de ac\u021biune la nivel celular \u0219i molecular a unor extracte naturale vegetale \u0219i pe baz\u0103 de propolis,&nbsp;\u00een scopul introducerii acestora \u00een noi formul\u0103ri cosmetice \u015fi farmaceutice pentru extinderea gamei de produse comercializate de agentul economic participant \u00een proiect \u2013 Hofigal S.A.<br>&nbsp; Acest deziderat se va realiza prin utilizarea expertizei \u0219i infrastructurii existente \u00een Universitatea din Bucure\u015fti, Facultatea de Biologie, Institutul de Cercet\u0103ri al Universit\u0103\u021bii din Bucure\u0219ti-ICUB, Sec\u021biunea \u0218tiin\u021bele Vie\u021bii, Mediului \u0219i P\u0103m\u00e2ntului \u015fi Institutul de Virusologie&nbsp;\u0218t.S.Nicolau.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;In cadrul proiectului, Hofigal va pune la dispozi\u021bie plantele, produsele apicole \u0219i extractele&nbsp;concentrate, \u0219i va realiza caracterizarea fizico-chimic\u0103 a acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor fi luate \u00een studiu&nbsp;urm\u0103toarele plante \u0219i derivate din plante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>armurariu (Sylibum marianum \/ Cardus marianum \u2013&nbsp;fructus) (ac\u021biune chemopreventiv\u0103, antiinflamatorie);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rosmarin (Rosmarinus officinalis \u2013&nbsp;folium) (ac\u021biune antioxidant\u0103, antiseptic\u0103, antiinflamatorie);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>catina ro\u015fie (Tamarix gallica)&nbsp;(ac\u0163iune detoxifiant\u0103, antiviral\u0103, antiinflamatorie);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rostopasca (Chelidonium majus) (ac\u021biune&nbsp;antitumoral\u0103, antiviral\u0103, antiinflamatorie);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lemn dulce (Glycyrrhyza glabra \u2013 radix) (ac\u021biune&nbsp;imunomodulatoare, ntiinflamatorie, antiviral\u0103, antimicotic\u0103);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>propolis (efect antimicrobian de&nbsp;spectru larg, antiviral, antitumoral, antioxidant, imunomodulator..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\">(EN) Project Abstract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The present project proposal aims the development of an innovative methodology for testing the&nbsp;antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activity, and to elucidate the mechanisms of&nbsp;action at the cellular and molecular level of natural bee and plant extracts with the purpose of&nbsp;introducing them \u00een new cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations, for expanding the marketed&nbsp;products range of the economic agent participating \u00een the project \u2013 Hofigal S.A.<br>The addressed strategy is based on abundant scientific literature and original experimental results of&nbsp;all involved partners regarding the characterization and marketing of natural products \/ compounds&nbsp;with therapeutic or prophylactic value.<br>The proposed project falls into a major research direction aimed at the discovery of complementary&nbsp;therapeutic solutions based on natural compounds, for the treatment of different pathologies (i.e.,&nbsp;infectious diseases and cancer), which are currently found \u00een the top of causes of global morbidity and&nbsp;mortality.<br>The therapeutic alternatives that will be investigated \u00een this project are based on natural compounds&nbsp;of vegetal and bee origin, with high therapeutic and preventive potential, due to the following&nbsp;properties: complex composition that allows simultaneous action on multiple biological targets;&nbsp;decreased risk for selecting resistance, both \u00een case of infectious agents, such as viral, bacterial and&nbsp;fungal, and \u00een the case of tumor cells; immunomodulatory effect; high biocompatibility; minimal or no&nbsp;side effects.<br>The project goal is to develop an innovative methodology for testing the anti-infective, anti-tumoral&nbsp;and immunomodulatory activity and to elucidate the mechanisms of action at the cellular and&nbsp;molecular level of botanical and propolis extracts, in the purpose to introduce them in new cosmetic&nbsp;and pharmaceutical formulations for expanding the range of products sold by the economic entity&nbsp;participating in the project \u2013 Hofigal SA.<br>This goal will be achieved through the use of existing infrastructure and expertise of the teams from&nbsp;the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Biology, Research Institute of the University of Bucharest, Life,&nbsp;Environment and Earth Sciences Section and the Institute of Virology \u015et.S.
